1. Be in possession of a pre-approved form I-68, or
2. utilize an INS videophone station for Immigrations/Customs
(Port of Erie, Pennsylvania-INS videophones (OARS) are located at Dobbins Landing Public Dock, Perry's Landing, The Presque Isle State Park Marina and the John Lampe Marina)
